The statement said: At a time when the U.S. and other hostile forces' "sanctions" against the DPRK reached an extreme phase, the Key Resolve and Foal Eagle nuclear war maneuvers are under way against the DPRK with huge armed forces and latest nuclear war equipment involved. These war moves have pushed the situation on the Korean peninsula to danger line and a touch-and-go situation is prevailing there.

It called on all Koreans in the CIS to turn out in the nation-wide and sacred patriotic war for defending the nation's sovereignty and dignity from the U.S. and other hostile forces' dangerous moves to ignite a war and thus perform their noble mission and historic responsibility as its members.

It underscored need for them to positively join the people in the homeland in the all-people resistance and the sacred patriotic war of justice for reunification to contribute to building a reunified and prosperous nation, the most powerful nation in the world, on the land of three thousand-ri.

It voiced full support and solidarity to the appeal of the DFRK Central Committee that calls upon all Koreans in the north and the south and abroad to join in the sacred patriotic war and resolutely foil the war moves of the provocateurs.
