Rodong Sinmun Sunday says this in a bylined article.

It is their sordid scenario to realize their ambition for "unification of systems" at any cost by dampening the Korean nation's will for independent reunification with their desperate racket for confrontation with the DPRK and intensifying war exercises against it in league with foreign forces, the article notes, and goes on:

The south Korean conservative group regards sycophancy toward the U.S. and confrontation with fellow countrymen as a means that keep it alive. Mounting tension is an inevitable product. The puppet forces, blindly kowtowing to the U.S. hostile policy toward the DPRK, are terming everything it does "provocation" while stepping up confrontation racket against it.

It is none other than the puppet forces which took the lead in prodding the UN Security Council into cooking up a "resolution on sanctions" with an aim to stifle the DPRK economically. It is also the south Korean forces which staged north-targeted preemptive nuclear attack drills together with the U.S. while crying out for "coping with provocation" from the north and making "strong warning."

Such treachery of the puppet forces are as foolish an act as doing harm to themselves.

The south Korean ruling quarters' confrontation racket against the DPRK can never be justified as it violates the dignity and interests of the nation and increases the danger of a nuclear war on the peninsula.

The DPRK will never show mercy to the traitors who think of only provoking a war in collusion with outsiders in disregard of reconciliation, unity and reunification of the nation.
