The U.S. imperialists are wholly to blame for threatening global peace and security as they are staging dangerous saber-rattling in south Korea, the world's biggest hotspot and a nuclear arsenal with huge stockpiles of nuclear weapons and facilities.

Rodong Sinmun Sunday says this in a bylined article.

The U.S. authorities now seek to cover up the provocative and aggressive nature of the military drills, describing them as "annual ones" and "defensive ones" but they can convince no one, the article notes, and goes on:

The Key Resolve and Foal Eagle joint military exercises are a nuclear test war for invading the north as they have been systematically intensified with the potentiality of a nuclear war.

Through them the U.S. and the south Korean puppet forces have examined and rounded off prompt deployment of aggression forces on the Korean Peninsula and combined operation posture, getting them versed in the capability of preemptive nuclear attack on strategic depth and major targets of the DPRK.

What should not be overlooked is that the U.S. inveigled the forces of its satellite states including Britain and Australia into the drills.

After shifting the strategic emphasis for world domination to the Asia-Pacific, the U.S. regards it as its first target to put the whole Korean Peninsula under its control for the purpose of securing a bridgehead for advancing to Eurasian continent. It also seeks to find the way out of domestic economic crisis in igniting the second Korean war. This is its goal for aggression.

The world clearly sees who is the provoker of a war on the Korean Peninsula and harasser of its peace.
