He revealed his sinister intention to persistently stand against the DPRK, bluffing that "south Korea is on a high alert to counter possible provocation by the north" and "this is a strong counteraction against wrong deeds" and calling for "quenching provocation will". He went the lengths of letting loose a spate of rhetoric that "they will open to dialogue, if the north scraps the nuclear weapons and makes a correct option".

Rodong Sinmun Sunday says in a bylined commentary in this regard;

His rhetoric is sophism to brand the DPRK as "provocateur" and step up the racket for confrontation while distorting the essence of prevailing tension which is blamed on south Korea.

The U.S. and the puppet forces are chiefly to blame for an extreme danger of war mounting on the Korean Peninsula as they gratuitously questioned the DPRK's satellite launch for peaceful purposes and underground nuclear test for self-defense and moved to tighten "sanctions" against it and waged war drills against it.

Yun should clearly know who his rival is and behave with discretion, if he is the minister of Foreign Affairs.

The DPRK can not exist even a moment without the most advantageous socialist system and independent dignity in today's world where the imperialist aggression forces have become evermore undisguised in their brigandish arbitrariness. The DPRK, therefore, has undergone all difficulties under the uplifted banner of Songun to have access to powerful nuclear deterrent for self-defense.

The DPRK will not abandon the road of its option in fear of the enemies' pressure. This is hardly imaginable.

Explicitly speaking, no one can deprive the DPRK of its nuclear deterrent which will become stronger and last forever.
