On display there are lots of consumer goods produced by working people in the field of light industrial establishments in Pyongyang and local areas including the Ministry of Light Industry and the Ministry of Foodstuff and Daily Necessities and units of producing daily necessities, true to the Workers' Party of Korea's strategy for people's life.

Drawing the attention of the visitors were a variety of daily necessities and consumer goods presented by different units including the Unha Guidance Bureau, the Management Bureau for the Shoe-making Industry, the Management Bureau for the Textile Industry and the Pyongyang Foodstuff Complex.

Popular among the visitors were vinalon products, tetron and rayon fabrics, velvets, sports shoes, sportswear, foodstuffs, cosmetics and household utensils.

Watching seasonal clothes, clothes for children, shoes and various kinds of confectionary and drinks, the visitors deeply realized once again the validity and vitality of the party's policy on developing the light industry.

Those goods produced by local industry factories with locally available raw and other materials gave the visitors deep impressions.
