The truth behind the case has been brought to light by subjective and objectives evidence, the paper says, and goes on:

The U.S. is a chief culprit which masterminded the case behind the scene.

The U.S. ruling circles needed a pretext for justifying a hard-line policy toward the DPRK by stoking the situation in Northeast Asia ahead of a mid-term congressional election. The U.S. plotted to help the stooge of south Korea, whose fate was at stake for his policy of sycophancy toward the U.S., confrontation with fellow countrymen and unprecedented unpopular rule, prolong his remaining days, tighten a loop around its colony and thus use him as a shock brigade for executing its strategy for invading the DPRK.

The tricksters of the U.S. and south Korea buckled down to cooking up a shocking incident to build up public opinion over "insecurity" of the Korean Peninsula and "increasing threats from the north".

After the sinking incident the south Korean authorities secured an approval for delaying the "transfer of the right to command wartime operation" and a "firm commitment" to "provide extended nuclear deterrence" from the U.S. in case of "emergency" on the Korean Peninsula.

The U.S. greatly benefited from the sinking case as evidenced by the opening of market, dispatch of troops overseas and the increased fund for the upkeep of U.S. forces. It even gained a pretext for stepping up political and military racket for confrontation with the DPRK. The case also set the stage for the U.S. to handle the issue of the U.S. military base in Japan in its interests.

The sinking case was a prelude to the reckless provocation moves of the puppet warmongers aimed to totally bedevil the north-south ties and do harm to the fellow countrymen in alignment with outsiders by sparking off an armed conflict on the Korean Peninsula.

Due to the U.S. and the south Korean warmongers' reckless anti-DPRK moves, the Korean Armistice Agreement was rendered totally defunct though it had existed in form only and the agreement on non-aggression between the north and the south was completely scrapped.
