The trade union accused him of taking the lead in the suppression of it and seriously violating law by abusing power, committing libel and interfering in the execution of duties.

It also slammed him for labeling the trade union as the "forces following the north," misleading public opinion with an evil intention and instructing heavy disciplinary actions against various relevant institutions.

It filed in the Seoul Central District Court an action for damages.
