The paper says:

The statement of the Supreme Command of the Korean People's Army is a manifestation of the invariable will of the army and people to mercilessly wipe out the enemies who dared hurt the dignity of supreme leadership of the DPRK.

The supreme dignity of the DPRK represents the prestige of the leaders and the supreme commander and serves as the life and soul of the service personnel and people in the DPRK.

All the service personnel and people in Songun Korea never allow the enemies to hurt the supreme dignity. Their resentment and hatred have reached their height. It is their iron will to search for the enemies who attempted to hurt the supreme dignity even on the bed of the waters off archipelagos, beginning with Chongwadae, and tear them to pieces.

The statement meant deadly retaliatory blow at the U.S. imperialists working hard to threaten the DPRK's sovereignty and right to existence with nuclear weapons.

The army and people of the DPRK will never abandon nuclear weapons in order to protect their dignity, rights, social system and cause. The U.S. imperialists brought nuclear disasters to the people in Hiroshima and Nagasaki with B-29 bombers. They are sadly mistaken if they think they can repeat this criminal history on the Korean Peninsula with B-52.

The statement amounts to a stern warning to the worldwide crime of violating the conscience and peace of world and a just declaration instilling conviction of fair choice into progressive mankind.

If the U.S. imperialists ignite a nuclear war on the Korean Peninsula, it will bring a nuclear disaster not only to the Korean nation but to whole humankind.

The world conscience should make a choice of justice now that the criminal nature of the UN Security Council's "resolution" has become clearer as the days go by. Justice belongs to the DPRK, not to the U.S.
