U.S., S. Korean Military Provocation Will Entail Ruin: Rodong Sinmun
Pyongyang, March 27 (KCNA) -- The U.S. and the south Korean authorities staged nuclear attack drills on simulated targets in the DPRK by activating B-52 capable of mounting nuclear warheads a few days ago.

The madcap nuclear war drills being staged by the warmongers with the involvement of nuclear strike means including the strategic bomber and nuclear submarine are a criminal act aimed to wreck peace on the Korean Peninsula and bring disaster of a nuclear war.

Rodong Sinmun says this in a bylined article Wednesday.

The U.S. and the south Korean puppet forces' military provocation is a last-ditch effort of those taken aback by the tremendous might of the DPRK, the article notes, and goes on:

The DPRK's stand to take the toughest counteraction thwarted the U.S. attempt to isolate and stifle it.

Being pushed to a tight corner, the U.S. and the south Korean puppet forces are trying desperately to find a way out in escalating threats of nuclear attack on the DPRK and realize their design to stifle it.

The unprecedented disclosure of B-52's sorties to the Korean Peninsula and nuclear attack drills to the public are all aimed to serve this purpose.

Tragedy is that the U.S. imperialists and the south Korean warmongers have not yet realized that days when threats with nuclear weapons could work on the DPRK have gone. The DPRK's sophisticated nuclear deterrence that has been diversified and equipped with precision strike capabilities can thwart any nuclear attack from the U.S. and the puppet forces, reliably defend the security of the country and the nation and push the aggressors to the abyss of a final ruin.

The revolutionary armed forces of the DPRK that are out in an all-out action being equipped with nuclear weapons and high precision sophisticated weapons are on the highest alert and are waiting for an order from their Supreme Commander for a war for national reunification.

The warmongers should not run reckless.
