Jo Han Ju, chairperson of the Central Standing Committee of the Union of Korean Teachers and School Clerks in Japan, declared that all officials and members of the union would turn out as one in an all-out action against the U.S. and the nationwide sacred patriotic war to defend the nation's dignity and sovereignty though they live overseas.

Kim Jong Su, chairman of the Central Standing Committee of the Union of Korean Writers and Artists in Japan, said that every writer and artist of the union regard it as their noble mission as a member of the nation to shatter the provocateurs' war maneuvers and rise up as one in the sacred patriotic war for reunification.

Hwang Myong, chairman of the Chongryon Tokyo Metropolitan Headquarters, said that the prevailing situation calls on all Koreans in the north, the south and overseas to turn out as one in the patriotic struggle to defend the nation, irrespective of ideology and ism, class and stratum, men and women and young and old.

Pak Jong Song, chairman of the Chongryon Hokkaido Headquarters, called upon all Koreans to rise up as one in an all-people resistance to protect the country's sovereignty and dignity and thus surely build a reunified and prosperous state in the land of Korea.

Kim Hak Bok, chairperson of the Chongryon Kyoto Prefectural Headquarters, said that no force on earth can block the advance of the DPRK in which all the service personnel and people are single-mindedly united around their leader, carrying forward the tradition of Mt. Paektu. He urged the U.S. and its satellite forces to behave themselves, properly understanding about their rival.

Pu Yong Uk, chairperson of the Chongryon Osaka Prefectural Headquarters, expressed belief that the DPRK is sure to win victory in the final anti-U.S. confrontation as there are the outstanding leadership of the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un, peerlessly brilliant commander of Mt. Paektu, the single-minded unity of all service personnel and people and tremendous military muscle.

Ro Mu Hyon, chairman of the Chongryon Hyogo Prefectural Headquarters, said that the DPRK's all-out action is just a sacred patriotic war to put an end to the world order under the reign of all sorts of injustice, preserve justice and terminate the showdown with its sworn enemies.

Mun Kwang Hui, chairperson of the Chongryon Aichi Prefectural Headquarters, said that now is the time for Koreans in Japan to closely unite as one and dynamically turn out in the patriotic struggle for defending the nation's destiny.
