Pyongyang, March 27 (KCNA) -- The recently disclosed scheme of the south Korean military to hurt the dignity of the supreme leadership of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea has lashed its people into fury. Dr. Ro Ryong Thaek of Kim Hyong Jik University of Education told KCNA: "I was so astonished to hear that the south Korean military, backed by the U.S., has worked out a plan to make precision missile strikes at monuments praying for the immortality of the great Generalissimos, symbols of the dignity of the DPRK supreme leadership. In the human history there had been no precedent for such plan. Kim Kwan Jin and other pro-American elements of the south Korean military, involved in working out such hideous plan, are a clan of barbarians as well as the group of A-class criminals, which can never be allowed to stay under the same sky." Ri Kwon U, an official of the Chongjin Railway Bureau, said: "It is so shuddering that the group of traitors dare attempt to hurt the statues of the peerlessly great men. We can no longer overlook such despicable attempt intended to break our single-minded unity. Not only the military gangsters but also Chongwadae and other dens of confrontation maniacs in south Korea should be destroyed without mercy. Once an order for southward advance is given, I will take the lead in smashing the dens of evils." Kwon In Guk, a coach of the Jangsan Sports Team, said: "All the athletes are putting spurs to training in a spirit to punish the traitors. If a war breaks out, we will tear to pieces the group of hooligans hell-bent on the thrice-cursed crimes." |
