With nuclear drills for striking the simulated targets in the depth of the DPRK being conducted as part of the Foal Eagle joint military drills, the U.S. and the puppet forces were disclosed to have worked out an operational plan for hurting the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK by employing their strike means and methods.

They are blustering that now is time to unfold an "offensive policy toward the north" according to a plan for mounting missile precision strikes at the statues of the great Generalissimos and the monuments, symbols of the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK, erected in different parts of the DPRK including in Pyongyang.

The army and people of the DPRK and all other Koreans are greatly enraged at the hideous criminal act of the U.S. and the south Korean group of traitors. They are taking it as serious after branding it as the biggest provocation that can never be allowed to go on.

To announce to hurt the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK is the biggest provocation little short of declaring to exterminate the Korean nation and destroy the earth.

The recent hideous politically-motivated terrorism targeting the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK proves that the U.S. and the south Korean puppet forces have entered the phase of practical implementation in their moves to "overturn the social system" in the DPRK.

The south Korean puppet military hooligans are committing such a hideous act of insulting the dignity of the supreme leadership just like a puppy knowing no fear of a tiger. This was because there were tacit connivance and support from the U.S.

Shortly ago, former commander of the U.S. forces in south Korea Walter Sharp, elaborating on policy initiatives, said that the north's provocation should be countered with powerful punishment of destroying things that it considers as precious.

An official of the south Korean "government" confessed that he knew the puppet army "has worked out a proposal for attacking statues with air-to-ground and ground-to-ground missiles."

By taking the advantage of the U.S. hostile policy toward the DPRK, the present regime of south Korea is whetting the sword for escalating confrontation with fellow countrymen just like the Lee Myung Bak group of traitors which had already been thrown into the garbage ground of history.

The present grim situation where the sovereignty and the dignity of the supreme leadership of the country are being encroached upon can never be tolerated.

It is clear that the only best option of the army and people of the DPRK for defending the dignity of its supreme leadership, soul and life of the nation, is the practical military action for harshly punishing the group of traitors.

Top class criminals are bound to pay dear prices for their crimes. Those who dare try to do harm to the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK and bring down its social system can never be safe wherever they might be and are bound to be punished thousand-fold times in the name of the nation.

They will be swept away to the last man under this sky.
