Now prevailing on the Korean Peninsula is critical situation, the worst one after the June 25 Korean war, the resolution noted, urging the U.S. not to engage in "sanctions" and military pressure on the north any more but opt for dialogue with it.

It demanded the present "government" in south Korea immediately stop the conspiratorial racket of eliminating "forces following the north".

It said that groups for realizing peace against war will be formed across south Korea launch practical actions to remove the atmosphere of confrontation and danger of war on the Korean Peninsula.
