Some days ago, Hwang U Ryo, representative of the "Saenuri Party" of south Korea, at a celebration speech sent to a "press conference for welcoming the establishment of human rights investigation committee" talked about "man responsible for the human rights abuses in the north" and "punishment".

Former minister of Unification of south Korea Kim Sok U made such invectives that "investigative results" may bring "international sanctions", while daring hurt the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK.

The world is now branding the moves of the UN Human Rights Council to set up an anti-DPRK organization as a despicable act aimed to "punish" specified states and branding the Council as a puppet of the U.S. Against this backdrop, the south Korean puppet forces dared point finger at the supreme leadership of the DPRK, not content with holding a celebration meeting. This is little short of inviting divine punishment.

Hwang U Ryo and Kim Sok U are human scum keen on escalating confrontation with fellow countrymen. They are indecent men who would do anything to serve their master.

They have taken the lead in escalating confrontation with fellow countrymen and building distrust between regions while calling the progressive reunification forces "those following the north".

They are confrontation maniacs who slandered the social system in the DPRK while talking about "hereditary system" and "political instability".

"Human rights" rhetoric made by them is just a deception to cover up their act of treachery and disposition as traitor.

They are criminals and wicked political whoremongers who committed human rights abuses more than any others even though they called for "human rights" often and often.

A typical example is the abduction of Koreans in a third country in which Hwang had been deeply involved since he worked for the "Grand National Party" and in which Kim Sok U had been since he was dismissed as vice-minister of Unification.

The puppet forces are abducting Koreans overseas while talking about "free immigration" and "democratic settlement". This is a traitorous crime against humanity which produces another kind of "separated families" in the new century.

This is also a money-making means employed by swindlers to hustle a few pennies of "settlement fee" allegedly distributed to "defectors from the north". This sparks off a furor among south Koreans as it is an act little short of a modern version of slave trade.

They are threatening with sexual harassment female "defectors from the north" to hustle money from them. This proves the nature of those who have taken the lead in the abduction under the signboards of "freedom" and "human rights".

They have often been treated coldly in neighboring countries with the label of "objects who are subject to non-application for entry" attached. This proves their bad behavior unbecoming to their duty and background in those countries, far away from national reconciliation, unity and reunification.

These human scum and human rights abusers who can barely be called human beings pointed their fingers at the sun. They surely deserve punishment by dismemberment.

The army and people of the DPRK have already clarified that they will wipe out come what may those who dare provoke the dignity of its supreme leadership.

It is quite natural for them to take actions to defend the interests of the nation and the rights of the Koreans.

The criminals will be forced to pay a very high price for freely wagging their tongues.
