Present there were Chairman Ho Jong Man and vice-chairmen of the Central Standing Committee of Chongryon and members of its Central Committee and its Central Audit Committee.

The meeting discussed the issue of channeling all efforts into the patriotic movement to cope with the grave situation in hearty response to the New Year's congratulatory message of the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un.

Ho Jong Man in his report said Kim Jong Un in his New Year's congratulatory message clearly indicated the way to be followed by Chongryon, saying he will always stand by Chongryon organized by President Kim Il Sung and led by Kim Jong Il.

He underlined the need to conduct the more powerful patriotic movement than ever by dint of unity true to the idea and intention of Kim Jong Un.

He called upon all officials of Chongryon to devote their enthusiasm to defending the history and tradition of the Juche-based movement of Koreans in Japan and bringing the happiness to compatriots and the bright future to the rising generation.

Then followed speeches.

The meeting adopted the report as a decision of the enlarged meeting of the Chongryon Central Committee.

It also discussed the issue of revising some rules of Chongryon and the issue of some reform of special departments of Chongryon Central Standing Committee and personal affairs.

It adopted a letter to Kim Jong Un.
