The statement accused the U.S. and south Korean military authorities of signing "a plan for jointly countering the provocation of a local war" on March 22, adding: It calls for including the "reinforcement in the north and its commanding forces" in the range of strike and introducing the U.S. forces to this end.

This is a dangerous scenario for igniting an all-out war.

It is clear that this scenario would get on the nerves of the north to increase the danger of a war in the light of the fact that the south-north relations were pushed to the worst phase under the Lee Myung Bak regime which pursued only the policy of confrontation with the north.

The statement demanded the U.S. and south Korean authorities roll back the war scenario at once.
