She said:

The commission and the ministry actively helped educational institutions at all levels in their preparatory works for new school year, timely taking measures to settle the proposed issues.

Preparations for new school year were made in close combination with the model-education county movement, which helps further raise public concern for education.

Supply of school uniforms was smoothly carried out throughout the country and new kinds of school things supplemented.

A number of ministries and national institutions have provided schools with computers, TV sets, video recorders and other educational facilities.

Educational conditions and environment were further improved for the new school year.
