The Ethiopian Youth Study Group of the Juche Idea said:

The "resolution on sanctions" is a product of the U.S. hostile policy toward the DPRK to disarm itself and suffocate it economically.

The DPRK's successful third underground nuclear test was a just measure taken by it to cope with the U.S. and its allies which took issue with it over its satellite launch for peaceful purposes.

But the U.S. is staging joint military exercises threatening the peace-loving Korean people.

In view of the prevailing grave situation, the DPRK took a step to defend its sovereignty from the threat of enemies.

We call upon all the world peace-loving people to turn out in the struggle to support the Korean people in their just cause and foil the moves of the U.S. to ignite a nuclear war on the Korean Peninsula.

The France-Korea Friendship Association accused the U.S. imperialists and south Korean puppets of faking up a "plan for jointly countering provocation of a local war" the keynote of which is to unleash an all-out nuclear war against the DPRK. It went on:

We cannot allow the military attack of the U.S. and its allies on the righteous Korean people.

We demand the U.S. and south Korean authorities stop at once the war moves escalating the tension on the Korean Peninsula.
