The Russian Society for Promoting the Study and Dissemination of Comrade Kim Jong Il's Works expressed deep concern over the prevailing grave situation on the Korean Peninsula where a nuclear war is imminent, adding:

Each country has an independent right whether it is big or small country and whether they are member nations of the UN Security Council or not. Others' instruction or international body can never deprive sovereign countries of their legitimate rights.

The U.S.-led imperialist allied forces and their stooges are resorting to vicious moves to stifle the DPRK but they can never break the will of the DPRK and bring to submission the Korean people.

The Nigerian Group for the Study of the Juche Philosophy said that the U.S. prodded the UN Security Council into cooking up the "resolution on sanctions" on the DPRK. This is aimed to disarm the DPRK and suffocate its economy as it is a product of the U.S. hostile policy toward the DPRK, the organization noted, adding:

The U.S. should be condemned by progressive people as it is the very one which wantonly encroached upon the legitimate right of a sovereign state to launch satellite and compelled it to conduct the nuclear test for self-defense.

We totally reject the UNSC's "resolution on sanctions" and extend support and solidarity to the just cause of the Korean people to defend its sovereignty.
