The current developments were caused by the unfair "resolutions" cooked up at the United Nations Security Council, which is blindly following the U.S. high-handed and arbitrary practices.

The UNSC, whose mission is to deter a war, preserve peace in the world and ensure sovereignty and security of the UN member states, has turned into a marionette of the U.S., inviting condemnation from the international community.

It has been abused by the U.S. for its moves for aggression so far. This is well evidenced by the Korean War in the 1950s, which the U.S. provoked to invade the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. At that time the UNSC was used to justify the war.

Even in the 21st century, the U.S. imperialists invaded Iraq, killing many civilians, under the name of the UN. The tragic events taking place in the Middle East and other parts of the world at present are unthinkable apart from the UNSC under the manipulation of the U.S.

The "resolutions on sanctions" against the DPRK, recently adopted at the UNSC, were worked out on the initiative of the U.S. This fully revealed again the colors of the UNSC as a marionette of the U.S.

Such behaviors of the UNSC only give vent to the Korean people's hatred toward it as it is keeping mum about the U.S. arrogant deeds.

The prevailing situation on the Korean Peninsula calls for putting an end to dominationism of the imperialists that would violate the sovereignty of other countries by abusing some international bodies.

The all-out action to be conducted by the DPRK people against the U.S. is a final battle against the imperialists and, at the same time, a war of justice for putting an end to the wrong behaviors of UNSC and some other international bodies following the U.S. hegemonic moves.

The UNSC is advised to come to its senses and ensure impartiality and equality in dealing with global affairs.
