The general secretary said in the statement:

The DPRK-targeted nuclear war racket of the U.S. has reached a practical phase after going beyond the danger line, despite the repeated warnings of the DPRK.

The U.S. even let a B-52 formation on Guam fly into south Korea and staged the drill of mounting nuclear strike at the simulated targets in the depth of the DPRK.

This shows that the hostile moves of the U.S. and its allies against the DPRK, escalating with its satellite launch and underground nuclear test as momentums, have passed the phase of threat and blackmail and entered a reckless phase of practical action.

We fully support the statement of the Supreme Command of the KPA and extend solidarity to the just struggle of the Korean people to defend independence and justice.
