The center succeeded in developing a new kind of data communication software by way of altering index values for all industrial computers with internationally standardized programs. It also invented supporting software for development of interfaces to suit the domestic network, whereby it is possible to develop a program in less than two hours.

The development of the new system paved a way to operate the production control system with locally-made programs.
