V.M. Smirnov, chairman of the National Salvation Front of Russia, said that the U.S. nuclear war racket against the DPRK has entered the phase of an actual war after going beyond the phase of military threat, adding:

This proves that the U.S. 60 odd year-long military moves for aggression to stifle the DPRK have reached the extremes.

It is the just countermeasure that the strike force of the DPRK has been placed on the maximum alert for combat duty.

M. Jahangir Khan, chairman of the Bangladesh Group for the Study of the Songun Policy, said that the U.S. flied the formation of B-52s over south Korea to stage a nuclear war racket against the DPRK. He went on to say:

This clearly proves that the hostile act of the U.S. and its followers has entered the phase of an actual war. The U.S. prodded the UN Security Council into cooking up "resolutions on sanctions" against the DPRK over its satellite launch for peaceful purposes and underground nuclear test.

We express firm solidarity for the army and people of the DPRK in their just efforts to defend the sovereignty and fully support the statement of the Supreme Command of the Korean People's Army to cope with the prevailing situation.
