Day of Sun to Be Marked in Norway

| Pyongyang, April 8 (KCNA) -- A preparatory committee for commemorating the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung (the Day of the Sun) was inaugurated in Ostfold County, Norway on April 4. Dag Norum, chairman of the Ostfold County Committee of the Communist Party of Norway, and Rita Berger, chief of the Ostfold Group for the Study of the Juche Idea, were elected co-chairpersons of the preparatory committee. The committee decided to hold diverse political and cultural events praising the sacred revolutionary career and immortal exploits of the President on the occasion of the Day of the Sun. |
