Very just was the DPRK when it declared that the north-south relations have been put at the state of war, the statement said, and continued:

The south Korean authorities have totally denied all the inter-Korean agreements, taking an active part in the Yankee U.S. imperialists' madcap war racket against the DPRK.

Moreover, they have made no scruple of pushing the situation on the Korean Peninsula to the brink of a war in collusion with the U.S. imperialists. This completely undermined the possibility of settling the issue in a peaceful manner through negotiations and dialogue.

The U.S. imperialists and their satellite forces passed the UN Security Council's "resolutions on sanctions" to bar the DPRK from its independent development and are kicking off even the joint military exercises.

They dared hatch a plot to bring down the statues of the great Generalissimos.

The south Korean authorities which were illegally formed by the U.S. imperialists at gunpoint are, in fact, a marionette for the U.S. and a puppet, fascist and corrupt "government".

The south Korean puppet group is running out of its days.

We fully support the Korean people's declaration of their will to wage a just and great war for national reunification and hope to see Korea reunified at an early date.
