During the show, such documentaries as "Finding Himself among the People All His Life", "Fatherly Leader among Workers" and "Fatherly Leader among Children" dealing with the revolutionary history of Generalissimo Kim Il Sung will be screened at cinemas and cultural halls in Pyongyang and all other parts of the DPRK.

Cinema-goers will also watch feature films including "Star of Korea", "A Summer at Hwasong Uisuk School" and "The Land in Flames."

Present at the opening ceremony were Kim Ki Nam, officials concerned, creators and artistes in the field of cinematic art and people in Pyongyang.

Hong Kwang Sun, minister of Culture, in an opening address said that the President embarked upon the road of revolution in his early years and dedicated his whole life to the country and its people, building on this land a socialist power, people's paradise.

The minister noted that the President is the eternal leader of the Workers' Party of Korea and the Korean people and the sun of Juche as he laid a solid foundation for the triumphant advance of the revolutionary cause of Juche and its accomplishment.

At the end of the ceremony, its participants watched a documentary "Our Leader Praised by All People."
