The U.S. decision on exceptional sale of ultra-modern military weapons, whose export it has so far restricted, only to the south Korean puppet army and their deployment for an actual war proves that its military action for a nuclear war on the Korean Peninsula has entered the phase of practical implementation, says Minju Joson Tuesday in a bylined commentary.

The U.S. has stepped up the moves to stifle the DPRK militarily with main emphasis put on disabling the DPRK's nuclear deterrence for self-defence and forcing it to disarm, the news analyst says, and goes on:

Typical example is the rapid increase of the U.S. armed forces in south Korea.

In 2008 the U.S. and the south Korean puppet forces agreed to keep the U.S. troops in south Korea at the level of 28,000. Now the number is up by 9,000 to over 37,000.

The U.S. is running reckless, bereft of reason, being seized by the ambition for world domination.

If the U.S. is set to make showdown with the DPRK, the latter will respond to it. It is the unanimous will and stand of the army and people of the DPRK to show the U.S. what a real war is like if it really wants.

The U.S. should face up to the situation and not run headlong.
