He also sent autograph letters to the members of the Third Tunneling Workteam of the Pit 9 of the February 8 Jikdong Youth Coal Mine, Choe On Gyong, merited writer of the Central Committee of the Writers Union of Korea, and Choe So Hyang residing in Soho-dong No. 1, Hungnam District, Hamhung City, South Hamgyong Province, and Ham Ok Suk, teacher of Pyongyang Jesan Primary School.

He sent autograph letters to Jo Im Sil residing in Saesallim-dong, Tongdaewon District, Kim Hui Ryon residing in Kosan-dong, Taesong District, and Yun Hwa Suk residing in Pongnam-dong, Phyongchon District, Pyongyang who participated in the Fourth National Meeting of Mothers, and Kang Dok Sun residing in Unchon-ri, Sohung County, North Hwanghae Province who donated food to the country out of patriotism. He reposed such trust in them as encouraging them to keep to the road of assisting the army and displaying patriotism.
