Sympathy to Iranian President

Pyongyang, April 12 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK, Thursday sent a message of sympathy to Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad as regards the earthquake that hit Bushehr Province of Iran, causing many casualties and material losses.

Kim in his message expressed deep consolation and sympathy to the Iranian president and, through him, to the victims and their bereaved families.

The message expressed belief that the president and government of Iran would eradicate the aftermath of disasters at an early date and bring the living of the residents in the afflicted area to normal.
