Prevailing on the Korean Peninsula is such grave situation that a nuclear war may break out any moment as the U.S. imperialists' brigandish ambition for aggression and the south Korean puppet group of traitors' attempt to invade the north have entered a reckless phase of an actual war, the statement noted, and continued:

The DPRK's new strategic line on simultaneously pushing forward economic construction and the building of nuclear force laid down in view of the prevailing situation is the most just one for firmly protecting the dignity and sovereignty of the nation and achieving peace and prosperity.

It is a clear message and unshakable stand of the DPRK to counter the U.S. imperialists' nuclear blackmail with a merciless nuclear attack and war of aggression with a just all-out war.

The U.S. is sadly mistaken if it thinks it can be safe in a nuclear war.

No force on earth can break the will of all Koreans in the north, south and overseas all out in the just sacred war for national reunification.

The U.S. should stop at once the nuclear war racket, part of its hostile policy toward the DPRK.
