He renewed the will to apply Kim Jong Il's patriotism and devotedly implement the WPK's policy of bringing about a drastic turn in agricultural production and unconditionally carry out the plan for grain production for this year marking the 65th anniversary of the DPRK and the 60th anniversary of the victory in the Fatherland Liberation War and thus become patriotic farmers in the era of Songun upholding Kim Jong Un through increased grain production.
