Tani Baler Lopera, international secretary of the Communist Party of Peru "Red Motherland", Yuri Castro Romero, secretary general of the Peruvian-Korean Institute of Culture and Friendship, and other speakers praised Kim Il Sung as an outstanding leader and distinguished thinker and theoretician who will always live in the hearts of the world revolutionaries and progressives.

The general secretary of the Union Solidarity and Development Party of Myanmar noted that Kim Il Sung defeated U.S. and Japanese imperialism, built socialist Korea and turned the DPRK into the people's paradise and powerful country independent in politics, self-supporting in the economy and self-reliant in national defence.

The director general of the Antri Miek Publishing House of Cambodia praised Kim Il Sung as a peerless statesman who founded the Juche idea, adding:

Under his leadership the Korean people registered great achievements in building and defending the country.

The director general sincerely wished the Korean people greater successes in building a thriving socialist nation under the leadership of the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un.
