The participants laid a bouquet before the statue of the President in Wonsan City, Kangwon Province and made a bow.

Present at the meeting were the captain and crewmen of the Panamanian-flagged ship.

Speeches were made there.

The speakers said world progressives are expressing deep reverence for the President, who performed undying feats for the era and history, on the occasion of his birth anniversary.

Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il will always live as they clearly indicated the way to be followed by the Korean people and progressive mankind, they noted.

The Korean people are dynamically advancing along the road of socialism as they are holding the dear respected Kim Jong Un, another great brilliant Songun commander, in high esteem, they said.

They wished the Korean people greater successes in the struggle to build a thriving socialist nation and reunify the country under the leadership of Kim Jong Un.

A letter to him was adopted at the meeting.
