The organizations in their joint statement on April 1 said the DPRK government, political parties and organizations in a special statement on March 30, 2013 declared that the inter-Korean relations will be put at the state of war, adding:

The U.S. deployed B-52, B-2A and other latest strategic strike means in the sky above south Korea from its mainland to stage bombing drills against the DPRK. This is a clear provocation.

South Korea, taking advantage of the U.S. reckless nuclear war maneuvers, revealed its attempt to dare hurt the symbol of the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK, crying out for "strike on commanding forces".
