Displayed in the venue of the seminar were photos of Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il.

Also on display were photos and books introducing the successes made by the Korean people in building a thriving nation.

Present at the seminar were figures of the Finnish Communists' League, the Finnish National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, the Finnish Paektu Association and the Finland-DPRK Association and other Juche idea followers.

The participants placed bunches of flowers before portraits of the President and Kim Jong Il.

Juha Kieksy, chairman of the Finnish National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, made a speech.

He said that the President, a great thinker and theoretician, founded the Juche idea in his early years and successfully applied it, liberating the country and building a genuine people's society on the land of Korea.

The Juche idea was recognized as the permanent idea guiding the human cause of independence for its scientific accuracy, originality and great vitality.

Kim Jong Il, creditable successor to the revolutionary idea of the President, formulated the Songun politics as a main political mode under socialism and bolstered up the country's defence capability in every way to cope with the imperialists' escalating military threat and moves to stifle the DPRK.

Under the wise leadership of the dear respected Kim Jong Un, who is successfully carrying forward the Songun politics of Kim Jong Il, the DPRK is demonstrating its might as the country which no formidable enemy dares provoke.

Referring to the successes achieved by the national committee in the work to study and disseminate the Juche idea, the speaker expressed the will to extend invariable support and solidarity to the Korean people in their just struggle.

The speakers clearly explained and proved the validity, scientific accuracy and the truth of the Juche idea.

A message of greeting to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the seminar.
