| Pyongyang, April 18 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK, on April 13 sent a congratulatory message to Philip Byanovic on his reelection as president of Montenegro. Kim in the message wished the president of Montenegro success in his responsible work for the prosperity of the country, adding that the friendly and cooperative relations between the DPRK and Montenegro would steadily develop. |
