Rodong Sinmun Thursday says in a bylined commentary in this regard:

This is a scream made by criminals and traitors wrapped in the ill foreboding.

The final battle launched by the army and people of the DPRK is by no means bluff or threat but practical military actions to defend the sovereignty of the nation and the dignity of its supreme leadership and certainly achieve the historic cause of national reunification.

We will show no mercy to the hostile forces encroaching upon the sovereignty and interests of the country. We can never pardon those daring hurt the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK, its life and soul.

The puppet forces are describing the drive being waged by the Korean people all out in building a thriving socialist nation as "a peaceful life". They should not talk such nonsense. The people in the DPRK are waging a grand battle to annihilate enemies, each with a rifle in one hand and a hammer or a sickle in the other hand.

The powerful revolutionary Paektusan army is waiting for an order, keeping itself fully ready for a war.

The U.S. colonial war servants have become vocal about "psychological war", misjudging the resolute will of the DPRK. This is a ridiculous political cartoon. The puppet forces committed so big crimes that they can not rid south Korea of war phobia and avoid the crisis.

Time will prove that DPRK's toughest countermeasures are by no means "psychological warfare" or "propaganda warfare" but practical military action measures.
