Present at the meeting were personages of the Communist Party of Peru (Red Motherland), the People's Front of Workers, Peasants and Students, the Workers' Party, the Communist Party, the Revolutionary Socialist Party, the National Independent Movement for Free Voting's Union, the Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, the Committee for Remembering Generalissimo Kim Jong Il, Kim Jong Suk Library, the Association for the Study of Revolutionary Activities of Comrade Kim Jong Suk, the General Kim Jong Il Peruvian Amicable Institute, the Peru-Korea Friendship Institute for Study of the Juche Based Songun Policy, the Peruvian-Korean Institute of Culture and Friendship and the Peruvian paper Accion Nacionalista Office, and citizens.

Present there on invitation were the DPRK ambassador and staff members of his embassy in Lima.

Tani Baler Lopera, international secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Peru (Red Motherland) who is also the chairman of the Peruvian committee for celebrating the Day of the Sun, said Kim Il Sung is always alive in the hearts of humankind.

Genaro Ledesma Izquieta, chairman of the People's Front of Workers, Peasants and Students of Peru, praised Kim Il Sung as an iron-willed commander who defeated two imperialisms in one generation and the father of mankind who took all people to his arms with his sunny smile.

The international secretary of the Central Committee of the Peruvian Communist Party said the Juche idea, Songun idea and Songun politics have been developed as eternal guiding ideas and basic political mode for accomplishing the cause of socialism and the human cause of independence thanks to Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea.

Guillermo Alcazar Ribera, chairperson of the Peruvian Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, said that the Korean people would surely build a thriving nation and achieve the independent and peaceful reunification of the country under the leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un.

The participants watched Korean film "Always in Hearts of Mankind".
