The organizations said that the spirit of the uprising for independence, democracy and reunification is alive in the hearts of people along with the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration.

The conservative ruling forces are working hard to tide over the danger of war through the policy for confrontation with fellow countrymen and security rule, the organizations noted, adding the people will never pardon them.

The war crisis that looms on the peninsula at present makes one keenly feel how precious independence, democracy and reunification are, they said, calling for achieving peace and independent reunification in the spirit of the April 19 uprising.

They said they would take the lead in the actions to remove the escalating threats of a nuclear war from the Korean Peninsula and bring peace by implementing the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration.
