The U.S. offered the dialogue to deceive the world people and evade the responsibility for escalating the tension on the Korean Peninsula, the statement said, and went on:

The situation on the peninsula was deteriorated due to the U.S. reinforcing its military troops in south Korea and staging joint military drills.

The U.S. called for dialogue with the DPRK while resorting to war drills against the latter. It is the height of shamelessness.

It is as same as forcing the other party at gunpoint to sit for dialogue.

It is the purpose of the U.S. to disarm and suffocate the DPRK.

The DPRK holding fast to the line of Juche, independence and Songun is not a country that will be taken in by the U.S. cunning ploy.

We accuse the U.S. of its deceptive dialogue ballad and support the DPRK's stand to toughen the military countermeasures for self-defence.
