S. Korea Urged to Stop Anti-DPRK Provocation Moves If It Wants Dialogue
|

Pyongyang, April 24 (KCNA) -- The south Korean puppet forces dismissed the DPRK's principled stand to south Korea's proposal for dialogue as "incomprehensible and improper act" and called on the DPRK to make a "correct option". Lurking behind this is a sinister intention to shift the blame for the tension on the Korean Peninsula on to the DPRK, says Minju Joson Wednesday in a bylined commentary. The U.S. and the puppet south Korea are directly behind the war-like situation created on the peninsula, the news analyst says, and goes on: The DPRK has demanded south Korea to apologize for the hostile acts it committed against the DPRK pursuant to the U.S. and stop such acts. This is quite just demand. There is nothing incomprehensible in it. What is not understandable is south Korean puppet forces impertinently admonishing the DPRK to make a "correct option". The DPRK's possession of nuclear weapons was the most correct option based on a historical lesson. The DPRK learned from decades-long confrontation with the U.S. that strength must be coped with strength and nuclear weapons with nuclear weapons. Without strength it is impossible to defend the sovereignty and the dignity of the country and nation. So, it is clearly to every one that there can not be dialogue for denuclearization at present. The puppet south Korea has to immediately stop anti-DPRK provocation acts and apologize for them if it has true intent to hold dialogue with the DPRK. There will be neither DPRK-U.S. talks nor DPRK-s. Korea talks as long as the U.S. hostile policy toward the DPRK and the puppet south Korea's anti-DPRK war moves pursuant to the U.S. go on. The DPRK is unchanged in its principled stand that it can not sit at a negotiating table with tricksters engrossed in anti-DPRK smear campaign. |
