The commentary accused the U.S. and south Korean puppet warmongers of kicking off Ssangyong drills and going busy with joint logistic support training in the area of Phohang from April 18.

It continued:

Huge troops including the U.S. forces overseas and ultra-modern war hardware have been introduce into south Korea for the drill which will last till April 28.

This drill through which the U.S. pursues a clear aim to invade the DPRK proves that the U.S. proposed dialogue is nothing but hypocrisy as it lacks sincerity.

Such joint military exercise further increases the danger of war on the Korean Peninsula. The U.S. is so mean as to talk about dialogue before its partner while staging military drills for aggression behind the scene.

This is little short of clarifying that the U.S. has no intention to have dialogue with the north.

It was quite natural for the Policy Department of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK to have put forth the three demands through its statement.

The U.S. should stop the act of escalating the military tension on the peninsula at once and sincerely meet the said demands and opt for dialogue.
