Seen in one of the stamps are letters reading "Line of simultaneously carrying on the economic construction and the building of nuclear forces", "March 2013 plenary meeting of the WPK Central Committee" and "March 31, Juche 102 (2013)". The stamp depicts a serviceperson and a smelter symbolizing the army and people determined to carry through the WPK's new strategic line.

Another round stamp carries in its upper part the letters reading "In commemoration of the adoption of the law on the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun" and "April 1, Juche 102 (2013)". Portrayed in its center is the palace where President Kim Il Sung and general secretary Kim Jong Il lie in state.
