In another development, the U.S. is massively concentrating aggressor forces including nuclear carriers, nuclear submarines and Aegis craft in the Pacific in anticipation of "contingency" on the Korean Peninsula, posing a grave threat to the DPRK.

Rodong Sinmun Friday observes in a bylined commentary in this regard:

This fact indicates that though the U.S. and south Korean puppet forces talk about "dialogue", they are putting spurs to the provocation moves for a nuclear war against the DPRK, with their daggers hidden behind their belts.

It is clear evidence proving that they do not have even the slightest intention to defuse the tension on the Korean Peninsula but are working round-the-clock to ignite a nuclear war at any cost.

Foal Eagle joint military exercises which kicked off early in March have driven the tension on the peninsula into an extreme phase, creating such danger that a nuclear war may break out any moment.

To take only those drills opened to media as an example, they were of very aggressive nature in their programs and features. The joint landing drills which have been under way for a month since April 5 were typical offensive drills.

The moves of the U.S. and puppet warmongers for a war against the DPRK have reached an evermore grave phase. The present situation requires the DPRK to take a decisive military counteraction.

It is as clear as a pikestaff that their trumpeting about "dialogue" is sheer hypocrisy and the scenario of the warmongers to start a nuclear war against the DPRK remains unchanged.

They are sadly mistaken if they think they can browbeat the DPRK and break its will to defend its sovereignty by military threat and pressure.

The U.S. and puppet warmongers should behave themselves, properly understanding the will of the army and people of the DPRK to wage a final decisive battle against them.
