The festival will involve architectural design prize contest, public presentation of scientific papers on architecture and construction and competition of support program for designing in the field of construction and the production of multimedia.

To be presented to the festival are plans for architectural designing and lay-out, papers, architectural design programs and multimedia selected at provincial festivals.
