KPA Admired by Foreign Papers
Pyongyang, May 2 (KCNA) -- Foreign papers carried special write-ups from April 5 to 24 to mark the 81st anniversary of the Korean People's Army (KPA).

The Russian paper Komsomolskaya Pravda devoted one whole page to a special write-up illustrated with a photo of the dear respected Kim Jong Un inspecting a KPA unit.

The special write-up is made up of articles and photos dealing with the invincible might of KPA, the powerful revolutionary Paektusan army.

In an article titled "KPA, army for people" it said that the revolutionary armed forces of the DPRK founded by President Kim Il Sung, founder of socialist Korea, defeated the formidable U.S. and Japanese imperialists. They also shattered the moves of the U.S.-led imperialist allied forces to stifle the DPRK and creditably defended the socialist country and people's security late in the last century, it noted.

It stressed that KPA regards army-people unity as its life and mode of existence.

The Lao paper Congtap Pasason Lao carried an article titled "Matchless KPA" illustrated with a photo showing KPA strong in the sense of organization and fighting capacity.

The article said that KPA has always been victorious in the acute confrontation with the imperialists, defending socialism and reliably guaranteeing the building of a thriving nation.

The Bangladeshi paper Natun Bangla and the Pakistani paper Baluchistan Times carried articles introducing KPA, which has won victories for decades under the leadership of the peerlessly great persons.
