They included personages of political parties and organizations including the Socialist Party of Romania, Romanian National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, Trade Union Federation, Railway Trade Union Federation and the Anti-Imperialist Forum of Pakistan and the Sind Provincial Committee of the Labor Party of Pakistan and masses.

Speeches were made at the events.

The chairman of the Supreme Council of the Socialist Party of Romania said the U.S. and the south Korean regime are making desperate efforts to ignite a nuclear war on the Korean Peninsula.

He went on:

The U.S. is a harasser of peace and security on the peninsula.

It is talking about "dialogue" but it is nothing but sophism to mislead the world public opinion and conceal its true colors as aggressors.

It should stop all its war maneuvers against the DPRK and retract the sanctions against it. That is the only way for peace on the peninsula.

The chairman of the Pakistan Trade Union Federation and other personages referred to the touch-and-go situation prevailing on the Korean Peninsula due to the war moves of U.S. imperialism.

The service personnel and people of the DPRK are firmly defending their socialist country, foiling the U.S. moves of aggression, united close around the Workers' Party of Korea, they added.
