The magazine carried a special write-up under the banner title "April 15, Day of Sun" illustrated with a portrait of smiling President Kim Il Sung.

Under the titles "Eternal sun of Juche", "Kumsusan Palace of the Sun" and "Witness to history" it dealt with the noble career and undying feats of the President, who devoted himself to achieving the independence and sovereignty of the country and the people's happiness and realizing global independence.

It carried the full texts of the report and conclusion made by the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un at the March, 2013 Plenary Meeting of the C.C., the Workers' Party of Korea and an account of the meeting.

It also carried the ultimatum of the Supreme Command of the Korean People's Army clarifying the principled stand of the DPRK on the situation prevailing on the Korean Peninsula, a statement of the Policy Department of the DPRK National Defence Commission, a statement of a spokesman for the KPA General Staff and a statement of a spokesman for the DPRK Foreign Ministry in this regard.

Edited in the magazine were statements of the chairmen of the United Confederation of Koreans in Russia and the United Confederation of Koreans in the Far East, Russia, articles of Koreans in Russia and Russian figures and Russian media reports.
