The song, written by Jong Un Ok and composed by Ri Jong O in the 1990s, well represents the DPRK army and people's will to mercilessly punish any provokers with arms so as to protect peace.

The DPRK has steadily bolstered up its armed forces to defend the nation's dignity and peace guaranteeing its independent development. It is its people's view that powerful military strength ensures their destiny, happiness and future.

The present acute situation on the Korean Peninsula clearly shows that the U.S. imperialists' aggression moves should be countered only with strong arms.
