To strengthen the party cells is prerequisite to cementing the unity of the whole party in ideology and purpose, centered on the leader, and is important for fully ensuring the close ties between the party and popular masses and developing the party into a mother party with its root deep among the people.

It is also the key to arousing the people in the effort to implement the party policies and make great innovations in their jobs.

The whole party is firmly united in the same ideology and purpose and the party and the people form a harmonious whole to push forward with the revolution and construction -- This is the nature of the great Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il's party and its traditional mode of revolution.
